Cancellation Policy
We process requests for all credit reports promptly and are immediately charged by each of the credit reporting agencies for their data.
NOTE FOR ALL ORDERS: You are authorizing National Credit Report and/or its authorized affiliate, including but not limited to Equidata, to obtain credit information solely for the purpose of accessing your credit report to verify your identity and personal review of your credit file. Under FCRA laws any person who knowingly and willfully obtains a credit report under false pretenses (for example getting a credit report on an individual without their permission), shall be fined under title 18, United States Code, imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both. ANYONE VIOLATING THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
Online Delivered Reports
We make no claims as to the accuracy or usefulness of this product.
We are simply providing the consumer with an easy-to-read, formatted
copy of the information currently contained in their credit files, as provided by Equidata, from Equifax, Experian and/or TransUnion. NationalCreditReport.com has no
control over the information contained in consumer credit files.
No refunds will be made for incorrectly entered information. You
must call 1-888-887-4287 prior to processing to correct
the information. No emails or faxes
will be accepted for corrections.
No refunds will be made for credit reports when one or more bureaus
refuses to release information. There are rare cases where one
or more of the credit bureaus may have conflicting information in their
credit file than the information provided by the consumer. In such a case,
the credit bureau may refuse to release the information to us. You will
still receive information from the responding bureau(s). You will be required
to contact the non-responding credit bureau(s) directly to resolve the
discrepancy.
I failed to complete my registration process. Will I be eligible
for a refund?
If you did not attempt to complete the registration process, you must
contact our customer service department at 1-888-887-4287 and a representative
will help you complete your registration. Please be aware that at this
point your order has been processed and charged to your credit card. All
you have to do is establish your user name and password and log in to
your membership. You will not be eligible for a refund.
I was not able to complete my registration process due to a technical
error. Will I be eligible for a refund? If you were unable to
complete your registration due to a technical error, you must contact
our customer service department at 1-888-887-4287 and a representative
can assist you. If a representative is unable to complete your registration
process, a refund will be given.
I didn't pass the online authentication process. Will I be eligible for
a refund?
If you failed the authentication process and couldn't view your credit
report online, you must contact our customer service department at 1-888-887-4287
and a representative will assist you. Here at NationalCreditReport.com,
we are committed to safe guarding your identity. We enforce a strict authentication
process that you must successfully complete in order to view your credit
report. There will be no refunds for those individuals that do not attempt
to complete this process. E-mail and fax cancellations are not accepted.
I tried to purchase a credit report for someone other than myself
and failed your authentication process. When you placed your
order, you agreed to the following:

We are not authorized to provide credit reports for anyone other than the consumer requesting their credit report. In other words, we cannot provide reports to anyone for any business purposes; for your ex-spouse; etc. The person whose report was ordered must contact our customer service department at 1-888-887-4287.

to place your cancellation request before 9:00 am EST if you purchased
before 9:00 am EST or before 9:00 am EST the following business day if
you purchased after 9:00 am EST.
No refunds will be made for credit reports when one or more bureaus
refuses to release information. There are rare cases where one
or more of the credit bureaus may have conflicting information in their
credit file than the information provided by the consumer. In such a case,
the credit bureau may refuse to release the information to us. You will
still receive information from the responding bureau(s) along with a notice
of the non-responding bureau and the reason they refuse to release the
information. You will be required to contact the credit bureau(s) directly
to resolve the discrepancy.
Credit Monitoring
NationalCreditReport.com is not responsible for any overdraft/over-the-limit charges or bank fees if your account contains insufficient funds when your order is processed and billed.
National Credit Report does not offer refunds on any products except for annual subscription products. Refunds on annual products are pro-rated based on the remaining subscription term.
Please note it can take two to three weeks for new members to begin receiving monitoring alerts.

Cancellation Information
You may cancel your free trial membership at any time. If you wish to continue your membership with the Safeguard Credit. Monitoring Service after your trial, do nothing - your membership will continue without interruption. The $12.99 monthly fee will be charged to your credit card account after your free trial membership expires and your membership will continue automatically, billed at the beginning of each monthly membership period at the current rate. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time to discontinue the service and stop the monthly billing; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of any portion of your current month's paid membership fee.
